SUS304 Outdoor Enclosure for State Grid of China

This project involves a custom-designed outdoor electrical enclosure manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel, developed for power distribution and control applications in demanding environments.

The enclosure is engineered to provide excellent corrosion resistance, reliable sealing performance, and long-term operational stability. Special attention is given to waterproof design, cable entry protection, and internal electrical safety to ensure consistent performance in high-humidity and outdoor conditions.

The customer required a high-performance stainless steel enclosure with strict technical and environmental specifications:

• Material: SUS304 stainless steel, enclosure thickness 2.0–2.05 mm
• Internal panel: ≥2.0 mm stainless steel mounting plate
• Structure: Fully sealed bottom design with reserved cable entry openings
• Electrical system: Integrated three-phase four-wire (A, B, C, N) busbar system
• Terminals: High-current terminals located at lower rear side for easy cable connection
• Climate control: Equipped with temperature and humidity controller and heating device
• Power supply: Internal auxiliary power source for installed devices
• Insulation: Internal insulation board ≥8 mm thickness
• Door: Double-door design with sealing gasket and grounding wires
• Nameplate: Pre-punched holes on both front and rear doors
• Ventilation: Vent openings with filter cotton
