Custom 25mm Pitch Modular Electrical Enclosure for Industrial Control Panel

This project features a custom 25mm pitch modular electrical enclosure designed for industrial control panel applications. The enclosure was manufactured according to the customer’s approved drawing, with a modular frame structure, removable panels, internal mounting plate, sealing design, and heavy-duty hardware for reliable installation and long-term industrial use.

The cabinet was made from cold-rolled steel with a RAL7035 powder-coated finish, providing a clean industrial appearance and reliable protection for indoor electrical control systems.

The 25mm pitch internal frame design provides flexible mounting points for electrical components, DIN rails, cable ducts, brackets, and control devices. This makes the cabinet suitable for industrial automation, power distribution, machine control systems, and customized electrical panel assembly.

The enclosure was designed with a strong modular frame structure and removable outer panels. The internal 25mm pitch frame allows flexible installation of electrical components and accessories, while the internal mounting plate provides a stable base for control panel assembly.

The door was equipped with a lockable handle system, hinges, sealing gasket, and reinforced brackets. The cabinet also included lifting eye bolts, side covers, top cover, bottom cover, back cover, and internal support brackets.

To improve sealing performance, the drawing specified gasket installation and silicone sealing in key areas. This helps improve protection against dust and moisture in industrial environments.

1. Drawing Review

Our engineering team reviewed the customer’s technical drawing, including overall structure, panel layout, frame design, hardware list, and detailed sectional views.

2. Material Preparation

Cold-rolled steel sheets were prepared according to the required structure and thickness. Main panels, frame parts, brackets, and internal components were produced based on the customer’s drawing.

3. Laser Cutting and Hole Processing

Panels, mounting holes, bracket holes, and frame openings were processed with precision cutting equipment to ensure accurate assembly.

4. CNC Bending and Forming

Door panels, side covers, frame parts, and supporting brackets were bent according to the drawing dimensions and structure.

5. Welding and Assembly

The modular frame, brackets, panels, hinges, handle system, eye bolts, and internal mounting plate were assembled according to the approved design.

6. Powder Coating

After fabrication, the enclosure was finished with RAL7035 powder coating to provide a uniform appearance and durable surface protection.

7. Sealing and Quality Inspection

PU gasket, door gasket, and silicone sealing were applied where required. Before shipment, the enclosure structure, door opening, hardware installation, sealing condition, and internal mounting system were checked.
